What You’ll Be Doing
As a Management Accountant, you'll take ownership of the full management accounts process for newly acquired entities, ensuring smooth onboarding and high-quality reporting.
* Prepare end-to-end monthly management accounts and lead board-level reporting
* Deliver deep financial insight and variance analysis
* Own balance sheet reconciliations and cash forecasting
* Enhance and embed financial controls and processes
* Lead audits and support statutory account production
* Work closely with operational teams to drive reporting accuracy and performance
* Help embed Microsoft Dynamics 365 across new acquisitions
What We’re Looking For
* Part-qualified / fully qualified / QBE (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
* Solid experience producing full sets of management accounts
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
* Strong financial systems understanding (Dynamics 365 a plus!)
* Excellent communicator – able to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels
* Curious, ambitious, and ready to be part of something big
