Venari Finance is delighted to be exclusively engaged by our key client in central Glasgow to recruit their new Head of Business Analysis. This role will sit on the senior leadership team and report directly to the Managing Director.
The Head of Business Analysis will lead a team of business analysts and will lead the organisation's transformational change, focusing on our client's customer experience, HR, Payroll, and Finance.
This would suit an individual with experience in operational excellence in a continuous improvement environment. The successful candidate will also have a track record of leading a team and have excellent analytical skills.
Role Overview:
* Manage the provision of insight and analysis across the operation.
* Leverage performance data, insight and customer feedback, collaborating with operational leaders to understand and address challenges or obstacles that may impact our clients, customers or colleagues.
* Manage and implement business performance management practices that track and improve the effectiveness of the organisations operations.
* Lead efforts to maximise value return from processes and systems.
* Work both strategically and tactically, adapting to your audience, collaborating with colleagues at all levels in the business, and being the voice of the operation when it comes to change delivery.
* Establish and maintain data quality standards and procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance.
* Develop and implement initiatives focusing on both operational and customer journey optimisation.
* Develop ideas, run pilots, and deliver ideas and innovation for the wider business.
* Overseeing the selection, implementation, and maintenance of business and data analytics tools and platforms.
* Manage customer success strategies and enable the organisations services to meet and exceed user expectations.
* Use customer and internal feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency.
Candidate Background:
* Experience in Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement
* Leadership and management skills.
* Strong stakeholder management and the ability to build relationships both externally and internally across the organisation.
* Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement aligned to the organisations Strategy & Values.
* Excellent analytical skills.
Package:
* £60,000-£65,000
* up to 15% bonus
