Sales Manager – Aesthetic Devices (Hybrid)

Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £50k+)

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and ambitious Sales Manager who enjoys consultative selling and building lasting client relationships. You'll work with warm, qualified leads, no cold calling or independent BD required. Once you've made the sale, you'll continue as the Account Manager, providing ongoing support and helping clients get the best from their products. Most team members prefer working from the office (it's a lovely environment), but you can work from home when no virtual sales calls are scheduled.
What's on Offer
£30,000 – £32,000 basic salary (above industry average)
2% commission on all sales, rising to 3% when targets are met
Excellent training: online for smaller devices, showroom or on-site for larger systems
