Your week: 36.25 (Monday – Friday 9am – 5.15pm)
As a Graduate Sustainability Officer atAmplius,you’llsupport projects that help reduce our environmental footprint and embed sustainability into how we work every day.You’llwork alongside experienced colleagues in our Commercial and Sustainability directorate, contributing to initiatives such as decarbonisation, environmental reporting, resourceefficiencyand biodiversity. From collecting and analysing environmental data to supporting projects and engaging colleagues in greener ways of working,you’llgain hands on experience across a wide range of sustainability activity while building strong foundations for your career.

The GEM Programme is an award winning, nationally recognised development experience that fast tracks careers in housing.
As part of the programme,you’llspend 12 months immersed in structured learning, high impactprojectsand professional development.You’llbuild strong networks with fellow GEMs, sector leaders and policymakers shaping the future of housing, while also working towards a CIH qualification.It’sdesigned to give you the confidence,skillsand exposure to grow into a future sustainability leader.
Whatwe’relooking for
We’relooking for someone who is motivated by sustainability, keen to learn and comfortable working with others to deliver real change.
* GCSEs Level 4 (or equivalent) and A Levels grade C or above
* Ability to gather, analyse and interpret environmental and sustainability data
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and support projects
* Confidence building relationships and working cross functionally with colleagues and suppliers
* A genuine passion for sustainability, with a detail focused and analytical approach
