Account Manager Job Description
As an Account Manager, you are the face of Hilti and the foundation of our direct sales model. This role involves having meaningful interactions with customers and taking a consultative approach to support them in improving productivity, safety, and sustainability.

What Does the Role Involve?
* Visiting sites and customers in the field, asking open questions to understand needs, and providing tailored solutions.
* Demonstrating innovative products and state-of-the-art software on-site.
* Developing focus customers by building relationships and uncovering new business leads.
* Managing your sales area operationally, organizationally, and strategically, utilizing the Salesforce CRM system.

* Drive, curiosity, organizational skills, and a full manual UK driving license.
