What you will do:
The SSA Sales and Licensing Fulfillment Specialist supports sales, customer service, and business partners by managing software support agreement quotations, software licensing, and system administration activities across multiple platforms. This role ensures accurate, compliant, and timely quotation and license fulfillment while supporting customers and internal teams throughout the quote‑to‑fulfillment lifecycle.
Operating across Salesforce, JD Edwards, and internal licensing tools, the role plays a key role in delivering high‑volume license fulfillment and support agreement quotations for Access Control and Video Surveillance (ACVS) brands throughout the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. As a critical partner to internal sales and external procurement teams, this role oversees the creation, maintenance, and global distribution of software agreements and licenses with efficiency and precision
How you will do it:
1. Manage high‑volume quotation requests and license fulfillment activities for Access Control and Video Surveillance products, prioritizing urgent and revenue‑sensitive orders and opportunities.
2. Review licensing orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with item, pricing, and trade requirements
3. Reject non-compliant items and escalate issues to Customer Service for resolution
4. Collaborate across departments to resolve licensing, billing, and order discrepancies, ensuring smooth order handling and strong customer satisfaction.
5. Lead end‑to‑end resolution of licensing fulfillment issues, including identification, investigation, follow‑up, and documentation.
6. Process updates to existing licenses and create new licenses using internal licensing tools.
7. Generate and distribute license fulfillment confirmations through Salesforce.
8. Set up and maintain customer accounts within Salesforce.
9. Ensure timely delivery of license keys for order fulfillment.
10. Monitor, respond to, and close Salesforce cases related to quotations and license fulfillment.
11. Maintain accurate documentation, system data, customer information, and audit‑ready records within licensing tools and Salesforce.
12. Support team communication by ensuring processes, procedures, and training related to licenses and software support agreements are clearly documented and shared.
13. Document recurring issues, process gaps, and improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and knowledge sharing.
14. Provide guidance and basic technical support to business partners regarding licensing structures and product configurations.
What we look for:
15. Strong English proficiency (verbal and written).
16. Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
17. Familiarity with Salesforce
18. Familiarity with JD Edwards (preferred)
19. Highly detail‑oriented and organized.
20. Understanding of customer data management principles.
21. Comfortable managing diverse tasks and shifting priorities.
