About the Role
In this varied position, you will be the first point of contact for our business clients, assisting them both by phone and email. You will also play a key role in our routine accounts administration, supporting a smooth and efficient office environment.
Main Responsibilities
· Answering calls and responding to email enquiries from business clients in a confident and courteous manner
· Assisting with routine accounts administration, including invoicing, data entry, and filing
· Providing general clerical support such as photocopying, scanning, and document collation
· Liaising with office and business centre clients to ensure their needs are met promptly
· Maintaining accurate records and supporting the accounts team as required
About You
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Confident dealing with business people at all levels
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
· Previous clerical or administrative experience an advantage
· Comfortable working with basic accounts tasks (training provided)
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Working Hours
· Part-time role Monday to Friday (hours to be discussed at interview stage)
