About the Role Title: Returns Administrator Role: Permanent, full time Location: Chester, office based Salary: up to £27K per annum Benefits: 26 days annual leave bank holidays, contributory pension scheme, life assurance, free onsite parking, and more. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the processing of returned products, ensuring accurate resolution in line with company procedures. * Investigate reasons for product returns and follow through with repair, credit, or replacement processes. * Support the processing of custom orders, including data entry and system updates. * Coordinate the dispatch of local orders and repairs in a timely manner. * Identify and escalate any potential quality issues in line with compliance and quality management standards. Skills & Experience Required * Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring an excellent customer experience. * Previous experience in administration (ideally within operations, logistics, or sales support). * Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage your own workload. * A proactive and positive attitude, with a focus on continuous improvement. * Confidence in using multiple systems and software, including CRM platforms.
