HR Coordinator - HYBRID

About the Role
As an HR Coordinator, you'll play a key part in the smooth running of daytoday HR operations. You'll be a go to contact for routine HR queries, support managers across multiple sites, and ensure that processes are handled accurately, professionally and in line with legislation.
This is a handson role where no two days are the same, offering a great opportunity to broaden your HR experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain accurate and compliant employee records
2. Support employees throughout the full employee lifecycle
3. Prepare contracts, offer letters and other HR documentation
4. Conduct righttowork checks and ensure legal compliance
5. Coordinate absence management, annual leave and probation reviews
6. Provide administrative support during disciplinary, grievance and performance matters
7. Act as a first point of contact for daytoday HR queries, escalating where necessary
8. Support the monthly payroll process, ensuring accurate data is provided
9. Assist with statutory payments such as SSP and SMP
10. Work closely with managers and internal teams to resolve payroll queries
11. Manage recruitment administration, including advert posting, interview arrangements and onboarding
12. Support HR reporting, audits and improvements to HR processes and systems
Skills & Experience:
Essential:
13. Previous experience in an HR administration or HR coordination role
14. Good understanding of UK employment legislation
15. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
16. Excellent attention to detail and an understanding of confidentiality
17. Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office
18. Comfortable working directly with managers, directors and employees
Desirable:
19. Experience supporting payroll processes
20. CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
21. Experience supporting multisite teams
22. Interest in process improvement and efficiency
