Job Role: Customer Hire Desk Administrator
Rota: Monday – Friday – DAYS
Salary: £27,500
My client, a large Plant Hire company with depots across the UK. Due to their continued success, they are now looking for a skilled Customer Hire Desk Administrator to join their ever-growing team.
The role of Customer Hire Desk Administrator in brief:
Handling a high volume of inbound calls from customers and suppliers
Responding promptly to incoming emails, ensuring accurate and timely communication
Logging and processing off-hire requests using internal systems
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date hire records and customer databases
Managing day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling, document handling, and data entry
Liaising with internal departments to coordinate deliveries, collections, and service requirements
Assisting with resolving customer issues in a professional and efficient manner
Ensuring all documentation and processes are completed to a high standard
Supporting the team in maintaining an organised and responsive hire desk functionThe ideal candidate for the Customer Hire Desk Administrator:
Previous experience in a Plant, Powered access, Tool or Material Handling industries.
Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, and computer skills in general.
