We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated PE Teacher to join a dynamic and supportive school community in September 2025.
Duties as a PE Teacher:
* Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons that inspire pupils to enjoy sport, physical activity, and healthy lifestyles.
* Teach across a range of sports and activities, catering to different abilities and age groups.
* Organise and run extra-curricular clubs, teams, and competitions.
* Monitor and assess pupils’ progress, providing constructive feedback to help them achieve their potential.
* Promote positive behaviour, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
* Contribute to whole-school events, sports days, and inter-school competitions.
* Ensure all activities are conducted safely and in line with health and safety policies.
* Liaise with colleagues, parents, and external coaches or organisations as required.
Ideal PE Teacher:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for PE and sport.
* Experience teaching PE at KS3 / KS4.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to motivate and inspire pupils of all abilities.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
