Grassland Agro sources, produces, and sells a complete range of conventional commodity fertilizers, as well as a comprehensive range of specialty fertilizers and soil conditioning products. The company also sells animal mineral blocks, biostimulants, and dairy hygiene products. Part of Groupe Roullier, Grassland Agro invests heavily in R&D at its Global Innovation Center in St. Malo. Our team is passionate about delivering superior technical advice on farms, supported by high-quality products. We are seeking a Regional Sales and Business Development Manager for the Northern Ireland region. The role involves developing long-term customer relationships, connecting with industry stakeholders, and executing strategic and operational plans to maximize sales and customer service. Responsibilities include technical product presentation, optimizing distribution and operations, managing customer accounts, enforcing sales policies, supporting and managing the technical sales team, and promoting company policies. The ideal candidate will have a third-level qualification in Agriculture and/or Business, proven sales management experience, technical knowledge of the agriculture sector, strong commercial skills, leadership abilities, excellent communication, and a full clean driver’s license.
