Principal Parking Consultant

In this Principal Parking Consultant position, you will:
·Lead and inspire a team of consultants, technicians, and graduates across a range of parking and kerbside projects.
·Manage project delivery from concept through to completion, ensuring quality, timescales, and budgets are met.
·Provide technical leadership in parking design, traffic engineering, and regulatory compliance.
·Oversee the preparation of proposals, bids, and cost estimates to secure new work.
·Collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated transport and parking solutions.
·Build trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders, and delivery partners.
·Mentor and develop junior colleagues to help them reach their full potential.
To thrive as a Principal Parking Consultant, you will need:
·A degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience.
·Professional membership with MICE, MBPA, MCIHT, or equivalent.
·Strong project management and financial control skills.
·In-depth knowledge of parking and traffic design regulations, including experience using AutoCAD.
·Proven success delivering parking or transport projects.
·Excellent communication and leadership skills.
·(Desirable) Project management qualification or certification.
