Hot tub maintenance supervisor
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Hot Tub Maintenance Supervisor to lead the day-to-day management of hot tub operations across our resort. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong technical knowledge and leadership skills to play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a safe, relaxing and high-quality experience during their stay.
This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week over 5 days.

Role Responsibilities
As a Hot Tub Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the maintenance, cleanliness and safety of all hot tubs on the park while leading and supporting a small team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supervising the daily operation and maintenance of all hot tubs across the resort
* Ensuring water quality meets required health and safety standards through regular testing and treatment
* Carrying out cleaning, draining and refilling of hot tubs in line with company procedures
* Diagnosing faults and performing basic repairs, escalating more complex issues when required
* Leading, training and supporting the maintenance team to ensure high standards are consistently met
* Maintaining accurate records of water testing, maintenance checks and compliance documentation
* Monitoring stock levels of chemicals, parts and equipment, and ordering as required
* Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulations
* Responding promptly to guest queries or issues, delivering excellent customer service
* Liaising with other departments to support smooth park operations

About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Previous experience in hot tub, pool maintenance or a similar technical role is desirable
* Strong knowledge of water hygiene, chemical handling and health & safety standards (training can be provided)
* Experience supervising or leading a team is desirable
* A hands-on, practical approach with good problem-solving skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
* A positive attitude and commitment to high standards of guest experience
* The ability to work flexibly
* A full UK driving licence (desirable depending on park requirements)
