Role Overview
You will work within a friendly early years team to support childrens learning and development, contributing to an environment where children feel happy, confident and encouraged to explore. This role suits practitioners who enjoy creative play, problem solving, and building nurturing relationships with children.
Main Duties
* Supporting room staff with planned EYFS activities
* Engaging children in sensory, messy, outdoor, and small:group play
* Assisting in maintaining accurate observations and records
* Ensuring each childs safety, wellbeing and inclusion
* Helping with sleep routines, meals, and personal care
* Building strong communication with your team and parents
* Maintaining high standards of safeguarding at all times

What Were Looking For
* Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification
* Confidence supporting children aged 0:5
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness )
