This organisation is a major player in construction and infrastructure technology services, delivering comprehensive building services solutions including communications, ICT, intelligent building monitoring, BMS, and operating one of the UK’s largest off-site manufacturing facilities – a 129,000 sq ft site specialising in digitally engineered modular MEICA packages. Key Responsibilities: Lead the pre-construction, construction, and commissioning phases of Building Management Systems and Controls on major projects. Manage projects from handover through design, manufacture, installation, commissioning, and the soft landing period. Oversee procurement of equipment and subcontractor packages, and lead planning and execution of all commissioning activities and documentation. Take commercial responsibility for the BEMS package, including preparing and submitting variations. Ensure full compliance with health and safety requirements across all managed projects. Operate effectively within high-pressure, fast-paced project environments. Requirements: Experience with Tridium Niagara or Schneider BMS systems. Strong track record in project management within the construction industry, particularly with BEMS and controls systems. Previous Data Centre Project Management experience (Desired) Ability to produce and manage detailed programmes of works. Demonstrable experience managing project budgets between £0.5m – £5m. Familiarity with Honeywell Trend systems. Proven ability to manage health and safety within construction environments.
