We are seeking an experienced and strategic School Business Manager to join an Outstanding secondary school in Reading. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for overseeing the operational and financial functions of the school.
The successful candidate will lead on finance, HR, administration and site management, ensuring the school operates efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with senior leaders to support school improvement and strategic planning.
This role requires strong leadership, financial expertise and organisational skills.
