Branch Manager

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and develop our roofing operations based in Taunton. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day‑day management of the branch, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while driving commercial performance and team development.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations of the roofing branch, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Manage and support site teams, supervisors, and office staff.
* Drive business growth by developing client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company procedures.
* Monitor project performance, costs, and profitability.
* Coordinate with estimators, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Lead, motivate, and develop the branch team.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a management or senior supervisory role within roofing or construction.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills.
* Good commercial awareness and ability to manage project budgets.
* Excellent communication and client management skills.
* Strong understanding of health & safety within construction.
