Key Account Manager
Full time – Salford, Manchester. Up to £45,000 + great benefits.
Overview
Get Recruited is excited to partner with a well‑established professional services business investing in its high‑energy and dynamic Salford office. In this role you will visit existing clients to demonstrate new products and maintain relationships.
Responsibilities
* Lead, introduce, and demonstrate new products to clients in person.
* Gather client feedback to support ongoing product development.
* Monitor industry trends and client needs.
* Work closely with sales, compliance and marketing teams to keep up‑to‑date on new products.
* Manage a portfolio of national client accounts.
* Act as the main point of contact for all clients.
* Identify and deliver opportunities for account growth within the existing client base.
* Upsell and cross‑sell additional services when needed.
Qualifications
* Passionate about building and maintaining client relationships; target‑driven.
* Confident communicating at all levels.
* Highly organised, proactive, commercially aware with strong problem‑solving skills.
* Experience in finding and sourcing high‑quality opportunities.
* Background as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Account Manager or Field Sales Executive.
* Proven experience in an SDR, BDR or similar outbound sales role within a B2B environment.
