Role : Refrigeration Service Manager Location : Kent Benefits: £45,000 - £55,000 DOE / 8am-5pm / 22 days holiday 8 bank / 1 in 4 on call with the phone - week day only We have been established for 16 years working across London and Kent carrying out refrigeration services to a wide range of commercial sites mainly Restaurants, Museums, Hotels, Private member clubs and Bars. We are currently seeking a Service Manager to manage the day to day running of the office and service department. We are open to considering anyone from the Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Plumbing or Electrical industry, whether it be a technical manager or someone who holds service management experience within this industry. Key Responsibilities: Planning of engineers, materials, equipment and permits Working closely with director and business manager managing a team of Refrigeration / Air Conditioning engineer who work UK Wide Managing a team of service coordinators To ensure that the SLA's and KPI's are achieved. Develop strategic plans to complete work load Using the CRM Systems The ability to achieve effective working relationships with internal and external customers at all levels. Working with the office ensuring quotes are sent out and works are being scheduled and assist with the invoicing for works complete Providing technical support to engineer if you are technical ( Refrigeration and Air Conditioning ) ENG1
