Pay: £18.36 per hour
Hours: Monday 8th December - Thursday 11th December, 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join a busy onsite canteen team for a short-term assignment.
Key Responsibilities
* Food preparation and cooking to high standards
* Assist with stock take and menu planning
* Support with kitchen set-up and counter service
* Ensure compliance with COSHH and food safety regulations
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role preferred
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of health and safety standards
Dress Code
* White jacket/coat, white hat, neckerchief, and apron
* Sturdy shoes and check trousers
