Join Ascom as a Solutions Architect – Shape the Future of Healthcare Technology!
Are you passionate about using technology to improve patient care? At Ascom, we’re on a mission to transform clinical communication and workflow in hospitals and acute care settings—and we’re looking for a Solutions Architect (Pre-Sales) to help us lead the way.
In this pivotal role, you’ll sit at the heart of our Sales and Professional Services teams, designing innovative, tailored solutions that make a real difference in healthcare environments. From advanced nurse call systems to cutting-edge software, you’ll help bring our technology to life for customers across the UK.
What You’ll Do:
* Partner with Sales to assess customer needs and craft impactful, value-driven solutions.
* Present and articulate solutions to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Influence product innovation by feeding back real-world insights to our development teams.
* Travel across the UK (with occasional overnight stays) and regularly visit our Lichfield HQ.
What You Bring:
* A flexible, analytical mindset and a passion for solving complex problems.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills—you're a natural at building trust.
* A background in healthcare technology, ideally with Nurse Call systems.
* Technical know-how in IP networks, WiFi, servers, cloud, and structured cabling.
* Experience working in clinical or operational healthcare environments is a big plus.
* 2–5 years in healthcare tech sales, clinical services, or network infrastructure.
* A recognised engineering or technical qualification.
* Familiarity with NEC contracts and Ascom solutions is highly desirable.
