About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a Sous Chef to join our passionate kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role where you’ll have real input into menu development, work with quality ingredients, and grow your career within a supportive, professional environment.
You’ll be working alongside a talented Head Chef and a strong brigade, helping to maintain high standards, inspire the team, and contribute to the continued success of one of Young’s most beloved pubs.

What We’re Looking For
* Passionate about fresh, seasonal food

* Organised and confident managing kitchen operations, from rotas to food safety
* Creative and eager to contribute to menu development
* Commercially aware, with an understanding of GP and labour control
* A strong communicator who works well across kitchen and front‑of‑house teams
