QHSE Engineer - Step Into Management
Crewkerne | £40,000 | 37.5 hours per week | Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
* Support and enhance the Integrated Management System (IMS) aligned with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001.
* Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and best practice.
* Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
* Analyse quality metrics, including complaints, non-conformances, and trends.
* Perform inspections and ensure product quality meets required standards.
* Travel across the UK to engage with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Deliver training and guidance to production teams.
* Actively contribute to the Health & Safety Committee.
* Support risk assessments and ensure regulatory compliance.
* Promote and embed a strong safety-first culture.
* Conduct safety audits, investigate incidents, and implement preventative measures.
* Maintain accurate data to improve traceability and operational performance.
