Job Description
We're looking for a Quality Technician to join our High Lift Quality Clinic team. In this hands-on role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues efficiently while upholding standards set by the Quality Management System. You'll play a vital role in the containment and investigation of non-conformances and support continuous improvement across the Value Stream.
What will your day-to-day responsibilities look like?
•Act as a key point of contact for Value Stream quality concerns and support triage/MRB reviews.
•Ensure full containment and SAP transactions for non-conforming material.
•Support RCCA activities to eliminate recurring issues and drive Zero Defect initiatives.
•Ensure compliance with AS9100, customer requirements, and internal quality processes.
•Contribute to reducing non-conformances and improving process maturity.
•Collaborate across functions and help build a strong quality culture.
Job Requirements
Essential skills:
•Proven experience working with Quality Management Systems and understanding of quality standards.
•Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
•Strong communication and coordination skills across technical teams.
Desirable skills:
•Experience using quality tools (e.g., RCA, CAPA, CI frameworks).
•HNC or equivalent in a relevant technical discipline.
•Proficient in MS Office and SAP (advantageous).
•Strong IT literacy and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
•A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
