Commercial Property Solicitor, 3:6 Years PQE, Salisbury, GBP 60,000+ (DOE). This is an excellent opportunity to work on high‑value, complex transactions for private clients, with a particular focus on substantial rural estates, businesses and development projects.
The Role
* Responsible for a varied caseload including sales and acquisitions of substantial rural properties and businesses, commercial lettings, landlord and tenant matters, development projects, strategic land transactions, joint ventures and other complex transactional structures.
* Managing each transaction from instruction through to completion.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Providing commercially focused, practical legal advice on complex transactions.
Skills Required
* Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with 3-6 Years PQE.
* Confident managing matters independently, with excellent client care skills and ability to work within a supportive and ambitious team.
* Experience in rural property, landed estates or development work is advantageous, though strong general commercial property experience is also encouraged.
