About you:

You are a Product Manager with at least 4 years of experience developing technology products, ideally for a B2B SaaS organisation. You are naturally curious and a strong communicator with a diverse skillset blending strategic thinking with practical execution.

Your strong analytical mindset and attention to detail enable you to deliver impactful features and products, and you will have the versatility to work on several features or products simultaneously, managing your time effectively to meet the needs of the business.

With a deep interest in AI, data, and reporting, you are passionate about leveraging technology to drive innovative solutions that make customers' lives easier.

The role:

Reporting into the Head of Product, you will own a suite of new products that are central to driving 2x business growth over the next 3 years. You will take these products from concept to market—leading the 0–1 phase by conducting market research to identify opportunities, speaking directly with customers to uncover value areas, and shaping the product strategy to create new revenue streams. You will build and launch these products, bring them to market, and ensure they deliver on their growth potential, while collaborating across the business to communicate a clear vision and strategy for your product suite.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:


• Conducting market research and developing a deep understanding of business trends and competition


• Identifying marketing segments and Total Addressable Market


• Conducting competitor benchmarking and identification value differentiators


• Define and lead product(s) strategy


• Definition of, and accountability for, product goals and metrics


• Determining the why, what, and when of a product or feature


• Achieve product-market fit for new products


• Lead product discovery to understand user pain points by talking to customers


• Development of user stories and the translation of business goals and end user needs to product strategy


• Co-ordination with Product Designer to design the product features adhering to modern design principles


• Coordination of cross-functional teams to ensure all team members are on the right page


• Decision-making using strategic thinking and guidance from the Product Team


• Collaboration across the Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales & Marketing teams to ensure a strong and shared product vision


• Understanding and overseeing the development process of the product (not in the trenches coding with developers, but working closely with Engineering to ensure they fully understand the requirements and how the product should work)


• Updating product material with new developments


• Development of go-to-market strategy by collaborating with other stakeholders


• training Sales and Marketing team for new product and feature launches


• Supporting product demonstrations to potential customers

Core skills and experience:


• Deep understanding of the product management lifecycle from idea / need to launch


• Strategic thinking


• Effective communication to talk to customers and understand needs


• Broad perspective to gather wide ranging functional requirements and distil them into a practical product strategy and roadmap


• Ability to balance customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility


• Ability to develop and communicate clear technical requirements


• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to manage product stakeholders both externally and internally


• Good understanding of UX/UI design principles


• Natural curiosity and desire to solve problems at the root cause


• Analytical mindset


• Knowledge of agile frameworks such as SCRUM and Kanban


• Familiarity with a variety of tools and software including the Atlassian suite, Figma, MS Office, Miro


• Minimum Bachelor's degree level qualification in a technology, engineering, mathematics or business discipline

Salary & Benefits:


• Salary £60,000 - £70,000

Working Location:

The primary work location for the role is Esher (KT10 9SD), which is a 30-minute train ride from London Waterloo or just off the A3 if you are driving in. We are currently working three days a week in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
