Are you an experienced Signalling professional looking to step up and make a bigger impact? We're recruiting a motivated Works Delivery Supervisor – Signalling to join our team at Swanley WDU.
In this key position, you'll work closely with the Works Delivery Manager to oversee the safe, efficient and standards‑compliant delivery of signalling inspection, maintenance and renewal activities. Your work will help keep the railway running reliably — and safely — every day.

What You'll Be Doing
* Lead & oversee safe signalling activities; supervise signalling works and check the quality of delivery against standards.
* Ensure all activities follow safe systems of work, method statements and procedures.
* Conduct signalling inspections and faulting activities; identify arising work and prioritise follow‑up tasks to maintain asset health.
* Assist in creating work plans that support safe, efficient delivery; prepare work and resource specifications, including Safe System of Work Plans.
* Support development of signalling asset renewal proposals.
* Update systems, records and databases with correct work information.
* Assist with monitoring staff performance, safety behaviours and compliance.
What We're Looking For
* Experience: Supervising technical worksites with a strong focus on safe, efficient delivery.
* Knowledge: Signalling inspection, maintenance, renewals and asset condition assessment techniques; understanding of industry standards, signalling procedures and cost control.
* Skills: Strong communication and leadership qualities; ability to coach, support and influence others effectively.
* Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) preferred, OR relevant signalling experience.
* Driving: Full driving licence and willingness to drive as required.
