We are partnering with a high-growth, private equity-backed supply chain and food solutions business to recruit an FP&A Manager at a pivotal point in its evolution. This is a business that combines global sourcing, product innovation and end-to-end supply chain expertise, supporting major retail and foodservice customers with high-quality, own-label and bespoke food products. With revenues having grown significantly in recent years and a strong platform for further expansion, the business is now entering its next phase of scale and transformation—with clear ambitions around growth, operational excellence and strategic development.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact role where you will sit at the centre of decision-making, helping to shape commercial and operational strategy through insight-led financial planning and analysis. You will work closely with senior leadership and key functions across the business to drive performance, improve visibility and support a fast-paced, evolving organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the budgeting and forecasting process across multiple business areas
* Deliver clear, insightful monthly performance reporting for senior stakeholders
* Build and enhance financial models and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions
* Provide detailed analysis across revenue, margin, costs and working capital
* Partner with Commercial teams on pricing, profitability and investment decisions
* Support Supply Chain and Operations with cost and efficiency analysis
* Identify trends, risks and opportunities to drive performance improvements
* Contribute to the development of best-in-class FP&A processes, tools and reporting
You
* Proven experience within FP&A, Commercial Finance or Financial Analysis
* Background in FMCG, food, or supply chain environments preferred
* Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
* Experience influencing stakeholders across commercial and operational teams
* Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems / BI tools
* A proactive, commercially minded approach with the ability to turn data into action
