Your Role: Leading pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment Keeping students engaged, motivated, and on track with their learning Supporting school staff and ensuring smooth continuity in lessons________________________________________ Who We're Looking For: Experienced Cover Supervisors or those keen to train Graduates or individuals considering a career in teaching People with experience working with young people in any capacity (youth work, coaching, voluntary roles, parenting, etc.) Confident, approachable communicators with a positive, professional attitude* Enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable individuals No school experience?
