Job Description
* Prepare and issue client invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth billing processes.
* Maintain and update billing records and databases.
* Assist in resolving client billing queries in a professional manner.
* Ensure compliance with company billing policies and procedures.
* Support month-end and ad hoc reporting requirements related to billing.
* Monitor aged debt and assist in reconciliation processes.
* Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Billing Assistant - 6 month FTC should have:
* A background in Accounting & Finance or a similar discipline.
* Proficiency in billing systems and Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* An analytical mindset with the ability to resolve billing discrepancies.
* Experience working within the Professional Services industry is advantageous.
* A proactive approach to managing tasks and meeting deadlines.
