This role offers the opportunity to oversee essential operational services and support a thriving legal environment. This role is 100% office based. The Role The General Office Team Leader will: Manage and train a General Office Assistant to deliver workplace services. Oversee incoming requests using task management systems. Review and adjust resource allocation to meet business needs. Promote best practices and manage change effectively. Coordinate facilities and maintenance requests. Liaise with the Front of House team for reception cover and support. Ensure staff kitchens are stocked with catering supplies. The Candidate The ideal General Office Team Leader will have: Relevant experience in a similar professional environment. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines. A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to use initiative. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach. A polite and professional manner.
