* Applications are sought from Commercial Solicitors with up to around 4 years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
* You will be responsible for advising on the full range of commercial and contract matters for clients across the private and public sectors.
* You will be drafting contractual terms and conditions and working on innovative contracting models including joint ventures, alliance agreements, and collaboration arrangements.
