Red Rock Partnership Limited are delighted to be working with our prestigious client in Peterborough who are looking for an Account Manager to join their busy team.
Responsibilities:
* Working to manage the Customer relationship and to exceed the Customer's expectations.
* Effectively qualify all customers' needs, understand those needs and sell against them/deliver service appropriately.
* Demonstrate strong knowledge of the company and all features and benefits to match those of the customer.
* Track performance of accounts to build and maintain customer relations.
* Manage service performance within the account to be a point for any service-related issues.
* Submit accurate and timely business information when required.
* Produce and maintain an accurate revenue forecast (rolling 12 months)
About you:
* Extensive experience within either the courier or a related industry.
* Excellent networking ability and communication skills.
* Excellent presentation skills.
* Account management and development skills.
* Time management and planning skills.
* Able to travel within designated territory and able to work with the minimum of supervision.
* Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email, Power Point)
* Highly numerate
* Ability to articulate both verbally and in written form.
* Happy to work both alone and as part of a team.
* Skilled listener, able to understand and empathise with Customers whilst understanding context and the Customer supplier relationship.
* Ability to self-motivate and work with the minimum of supervision.
* Have a problem-solving attitude and relish the challenge that obstacles may present.
Salary and hours:
£23,795 a year
8AM - 4:30PM Monday to Friday
