As part of our Finance team, you’ll deliver financial insight and advice to drive organisation-wide performance improvements. You’ll provide support services for leasehold and service charges, including monthly management reporting, performance reports, and budget production.

What you’ll be doing:
* Developing subject matter expertise on your business area, by job- or colleague-shadowing.
* Assisting with preparation of reports.
* Posting journals, cash books, payments, and carrying out administrative tasks.
* Monitoring expenditure and discussing variances with budget holders.
* Assisting the Finance Business Partner with ad-hoc management information and the annual budget.
What we’re looking for:
* An analytical finance professional.
* Experience of monthly management accounts support.
* Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
