As a Night Care Assistant, you will provide dedicated overnight care to adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs, ensuring they feel secure, comfortable, and supported throughout the night.

What you will do
* Provide personalised overnight care, including support with personal care and mobility where required
* Carry out regular wellbeing checks and respond promptly to any concerns
* Support residents who may wake during the night and need reassurance
* Maintain a calm and safe environment at all times
* Complete accurate records to ensure smooth handovers to the day team
