About The Role
As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting the showroom to deliver the sales targets and achieve key objectives. Building on your client service, retail and product knowledge; you will be a dedicated and committed team player offering consistent support to the showroom team, with a passion for delivering excellent client experiences. You will ensure that everyone has the luxury experience they have come to expect from Watches of Switzerland.
You will be responsible for engaging clients and colleagues, supporting the delivery of an outstanding client experience. Using your interpersonal skills, passion for products & services, excellent hosting skills to engage and connect with clients; you will share your passion and knowledge by creating memorable experiences. You will be a role model for the Sales Team, supporting those around you by working as a team to deliver the best possible client experience.
You will be accountable for delivery in the following areas:
1. Achieving personal sales targets in line with showroom KPI objectives
2. Direct Selling
3. Delivering an exceptional client experience
4. Supporting Visual Merchandising set up and other operational duties to ensure smooth running of the showroom
5. Adhering to policies and procedures including safety and security
6. Processing payments
7. Continuous development of product knowledge
