You will previously have worked in a catering setting/kitchen and be very experienced in how the operation is managed. You will be used to working in a small team working alongside the chef and be well versed in being able to multiskilled during the time on shift. This could include Food prep, Sandwich making, serving food, loading dish washer, cleaning or use of till on some sites.
