About the Role:
As a Multiskilled Technician, you’ll carry out a wide range of body repairs including panel, paint, and mechanical work — helping us get vehicles safely and efficiently back on the road. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the highest quality of workmanship while working in a modern, well-equipped facility.
Responsibilities:
14. Carry out body, paint, and mechanical repairs to a high standard
15. Work efficiently across multiple disciplines to support smooth workflow
16. Ensure repairs are completed safely, on time, and to BS10125 standards
17. Conduct quality checks and contribute to continuous improvement
18. Collaborate with the wider workshop team and support apprentices where needed
What We’re Looking For:
19. ATA/NVQ Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Repair (or equivalent)
20. Proven experience across body, paint, and/or MET disciplines
21. A strong eye for detail and commitment to top-quality repairs
22. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
23. Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and upholding safety standards
