Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for inbound leads to successfully close business deals. Run tailored product demos for business owners, HR leaders, and C-level executives, clearly communicating how our Employee Benefit solution meets their specific needs. Partner with our Customer Success team to ensure a seamless handover, uninterrupted onboarding and a strong user activation. Leverage proven SaaS sales methodologies and be trained in the MEDDICC framework to best win new business. Provide product feedback and customer insights to help shape the product roadmap and sales strategies. Consistently hit and exceed revenue targets, contributing to the company’s continued success. About you: A minimum of 18 months sales experience, including closing (B2B experience is desirable). Ability to communicate complex solutions clearly and effectively. Proven experience in managing complex sales cycles, multi-threading stakeholders & functions. Strong collaboration skills, you thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting.
