This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied commercial workload and values a friendly, community‑focused firm with a long‑standing local presence. The Role You’ll manage a broad and interesting caseload, including: Commercial contracts and terms of business Shareholder and partnership agreements Asset Purchase Agreements Buying and selling businesses (primarily SME clients) Corporate structures, governance, and advisory Ongoing commercial support for established national companies You’ll have autonomy, direct client contact, and the chance to help shape the future of the commercial offering.
