As a Recruitment Consultant, your mission is to support clients by placing the right candidates into the right settings. Youll be working with a diverse portfolio of clients, building strong, lasting relationships, and delivering an exceptional level of service. The role: Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships Candidate Sourcing : Attracting and interviewing candidates aligned with each settings ethos and requirements End-to-End Recruitment Process : Manage the recruitment cycle from initial client engagement through to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless process for both clients and candidates. Consultative Expertise : be an expert advice in your area and advise clients on recruitment trends, salary benchmarking, and solutions. Business Development : Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and attending relevant education-related events.
