Adecco are recruiting for an Building Maintenance Operative to assist in driving the efficiency and quality of planned and reactive maintenance across a large portfolio of premium student accommodation in Manchester. Please note, you MUST be a driver with access to a vehicle to be considered for this position. Monday-Friday, and every other weekend (with a day off during the week when working at the weekend). Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution. Planned Maintenance: Carry out scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance across multiple properties. Maintain accurate records of completed work and report any recurring issues. Compliance & Safety: Adhere to statutory requirements and company policies for building maintenance.
