Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for an Assistant Maintenance Officer for a Glasgow based Housing Association for a period of around 3 months.
You will work within the maintenance department to assist the maintenance officer in delivering a repairs and maintenance service to tenants.
Some of the duties will include:
* pre and post inspections of properties
* liaising with contractors and tenants
* assisting with compliance
Technical experience would be an advantage however candidates with the below will also be considered:
* Excellent attention to detail
* Prior experience in compliance role
* Ability to multitask and prioritise
* Must be available to start straight away
* excellent IT & communication skills
