Position Overview Job Title : Project & Change Specialist Sponsor: Christopher Simbeck Corporate Title: Associate Division: IB Transformation Location: DIPL Mumbai Local Manager: Loveline Dsouza Overview: IB Transformation forms one of the core Cross-Asset services for the Investment Bank Division and is responsible for the delivery of our core business focused change / transformation initiatives with diverse drivers which can be Regulatory, Cost & Efficiency or Revenue focused. The COO function is responsible for the IB Transformation, Non-Financial Risk (NFR) & Market Data Services (MDS) Business Management function. Joining this team will give you the opportunity to be the bridge between strategy planning and strategy execution, build relationships with key stakeholders, drive business success and deliver tangible value. We seek a well-rounded and dynamic individual to join our team as Project & Change Specialist. Scope: The Project & Change Specialist will support the COO function with: FTE & Cost Forecast and budgeting as well as FTE Management (maintenance of hiring pipeline, FTE Dashboard) Performing cost analysis, reporting & overall budget tracking Maintenance and management of the team’s Book of Work and subsequent staffing requirement Implementation of divisional processes, reporting and communication model Key Responsibilities: Drive cost analysis and tracking for variances against plan and identify cost efficiencies. Derive monthly Forecast submissions, annual budget submissions & prepare relevant performance reports for senior management. Collaborate with various stakeholders across the IB Transformation, NFR & MDS functions. FTE management including demand pipeline, resource allocation, onboarding & offboarding process, monitoring and tracking of resources. Purchase order handling & review Vendor risk management related activities Governance tracking for the team’s adherence to DB policies. Other ad-hoc COO/Business Management deliverables as necessary Your Skills & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably with a focus on economics, business administration, mathematics, business informatics (or equivalent) Strong skills in MS Excel, VBA and PowerPoint, including working with big data banks and producing comprehensible dashboards and reports. Strong analytical skills, proactiveness and pragmatic problem-solving skills for complex topics Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, to engage with people across all management levels and from various backgrounds/hierarchies. Ability to build collaborative relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders. A willingness to be flexible to meet changing work priorities and tasks, work independently and plan your work to meet deadlines.
