Our Nursery
Busy Bees Haywards Heath, rated Outstanding by Ofsted, accommodates 120 children and is part of an expanding UK portfolio. The nursery combines safe facilities with well-trained staff, effective learning programs, and play equipment to develop communication and creativity. Housed in a beautifully converted Grade II listed building, we offer 72 places and support transitions from nursery to primary school in partnership with local schools. Free staff parking is available.

What To Expect As a Nursery Practitioner
* Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
* Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's development aligned with the EYFS.
* Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
What We’re Looking For
* Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education
* Proven experience working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
* Strong communication, good organisational skills, and ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities
