The purpose of this role is to assist with the delivery and customer liaison of planned retrofit works programmes, working with customers on a daily basis to ensure communication is maintained at all times and accommodate their needs. Experience of working within the social housing sector, dealing with clients and tenants, and on retrofit projects with knowledge of PAS 203 is required.
Responsibilities
* Assist with the delivery and customer liaison of planned retrofit works programmes.
* Manage, monitor and review performance standards to meet targets.
* Possess effective communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
* Use ICT skills including Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
* Use effective organisational skills.
Qualifications
* Experience working within the social housing sector and dealing with clients and tenants.
* Experience on retrofit housing projects and knowledge of PAS 203.
* Full UK driving licence.
