Home Manager - 36-Bed Residential Care Home\n 📍 Location: Watford\n 💷 Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)\n 🏠 Full-Time | Permanent | Immediate Start Preferred\n\nWe're currently recruiting for an experienced, stable, and qualified Home Manager to lead a well-established, 36-bed residential care home that supports older people and individuals with dementia, physical disabilities, and complex care needs. The last CQC inspection (2019) rated the home 'Good' across the board, and we are looking for the right leader to maintain and build on those standards.\n\nImportant: Do not contact the home directly.\n All CVs and enquiries must go directly to Shaun (Director) - details in the contact section.\n\n🔍 What We're Looking For:\n\nA proven Registered Manager with at least 5 years' experience managing residential or dementia care homes\n\nA Level 5 qualification in Leadership for Health & Social Care - essential\n\nA stable career history - no job-hoppers.
