Night Receptionist - Part time
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
To ensure that all guests receive a warm, memorable and personalized assistance during the night hours of duty.
Setting the scene for their stay and ensure that guest needs are anticipated and that any requests are actioned. Complete tasks accurate and within given deadlines.
Be responsible for making sure that the hotel remains secure throughout the night while providing support to the hotel team, carrying out additional Maintenance, F&B and HSK roles.
Deal with complaints quickly and efficiently and find suitable solutions to any problem that may arise, communicating issues immediately to Management
Our successful candidate will:
