Joining us as a Customer Project Manager
Join CityFibre as a Customer Project Manager and lead the delivery of complex, customer-facing telecoms projects across national and local networks. You’ll manage end-to-end onboarding, integration, and migration activities for major clients like Vodafone, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder alignment. This is a high-impact role requiring strong project delivery experience, technical understanding, and excellent client engagement skills.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:
1. Leading the onboarding and integration of residential products for key clients like Vodafone and Three
2. Manage the delivery of national-to-local network rollouts, and manage capacity and resiliency programmes to enhance network performance and reliability
3. Managing project plans across IT, network, billing and service design to ensure smooth delivery
4. Working closely with internal teams and external partners to meet agreed milestones and outcomes
5. Supporting customer migrations and ensuring a positive experience throughout the transition
What you’ll bring to the role
This role requires a confident and experienced project manager with strong technical understanding, stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to deliver complex customer-facing projects.
You’ll also have:
6. Experience delivering projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
7. Strong stakeholder and client relationship management
8. Ability to manage risks, issues, and performance across multiple workstreams
9. Confident in presenting and communicating with internal and external teams
10. Consultancy mindset with a practical approach to problem solving
11. Prince2 (desirable)
